Mr Simon Fordham
CEO
EcoFinishes
Biography
Simon started Ecofinishes with his two business partners in 2009. They saw a need within the Construction Industry to have a truly sustainable construction finishes subcontractor at its disposal. Since that time Ecofinishes has gone from strength to strength attaining both ISO9001 and the Environmental Standard ISO14001, which is held by just over 1% of all UK companies. Simon was Head of Housing for a London Authority, then set up his own successful Management Consultancy specialising in helping start-ups and individuals who have technical and or design flair but little business acumen. He is now CEO of the Yield Group of Companies and a Policy Member of the UK Green Building Council, championing sustainable build to Government and UK Organisations.
