Synopsis
Hot Water or Steam Boilers; whether you are heating a building or using steam for a manufacturing process- efficiency gains will give your business or organisation the leading edge and enable you to comply with environmental legislation.
Increase your awareness of how boiler plant can operate most efficiently- designed for all levels of understanding from beginners to advanced. This round table discussion is based around the principals of efficient combustion and how increased control can drive down fuel consumption.
This session should equip you to identify where efficiency gains in the boiler house can be realised. Useful for those with little or no boiler house experience, as the session will introduce efficient combustion principles that can be applied in most buildings as well as ‘quick wins’. It will also touch on the importance for reliable and efficient back up for co-generation, such as CHP plant.

Previously Franky worked at Salix for the Energy Efficiency Loan Scheme for the public sector and she is currently completing her MSc in Sustainable Development at the University of Exeter.
